Analisis Kompetensi Adaptif Guru Ditinjau dari Supervisi Akademik dan Motivasi Kerja

Perubahan kurikulum, perkembangan teknologi pembelajaran, dan keragaman kebutuhan peserta didik menuntut guru mampu menyesuaikan strategi, pengetahuan, dan perilaku profesionalnya secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kompetensi adaptif guru ditinjau dari supervisi akademik dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional potong lintang. Seluruh 230 guru pada enam SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai, Kota Pekanbaru, dijadikan responden melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert yang mengukur supervisi akademik, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi adaptif guru, kemudian dianalisis melalui statistik deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi adaptif guru berada pada kategori baik dengan rata-rata 4,1137. Supervisi akademik berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kompetensi adaptif (B = 0,235; β = 0,251; t = 2,866; p = 0,005), demikian pula motivasi kerja (B = 0,180; β = 0,204; t = 2,327; p = 0,021). Secara simultan, kedua variabel berhubungan signifikan dengan kompetensi adaptif (F = 24,863; p < 0,001) dan menjelaskan 18,0% variasinya. Temuan menegaskan perlunya supervisi yang dialogis dan berkelanjutan, disertai penguatan motivasi intrinsik guru. Karena deviasi dari linearitas juga signifikan pada output yang tersedia, hasil regresi ditafsirkan sebagai kecenderungan asosiasi dan bukan bukti kausalitas.
