Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan program parenting bagi orang tua pekerja dalam mendukung pengasuhan anak usia dini. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada meningkatnya tantangan keluarga pekerja dalam membagi peran antara pekerjaan, pengasuhan, pendampingan perkembangan anak, dan penggunaan teknologi digital di rumah. Penelitian menggunakan desain deskriptif campuran, yaitu survei deskriptif kuantitatif yang diperkuat dengan wawancara kualitatif terbatas. Responden terdiri atas 96 orang tua pekerja yang memiliki anak usia 3-6 tahun, serta 12 informan wawancara yang dipilih secara purposif. Instrumen survei dikembangkan berdasarkan enam aspek kebutuhan parenting, yaitu manajemen waktu pengasuhan, disiplin positif, komunikasi orang tua-anak, stimulasi sosial-emosional, pengasuhan digital, dan kemitraan PAUD-keluarga. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan tertinggi orang tua pekerja berada pada aspek pengasuhan digital, disiplin positif, stimulasi sosial-emosional, dan manajemen waktu berkualitas. Temuan kualitatif memperkuat bahwa orang tua pekerja membutuhkan program parenting yang fleksibel, praktis, berbasis kasus, serta dapat diakses melalui format daring atau hibrida. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan program parenting PAUD yang menekankan pendampingan keterampilan pengasuhan yang aplikatif, reflektif, dan berkelanjutan.
