Inovasi Pembelajaran Berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka untuk Meningkatkan Kompetensi Siswa di Era Pendidikan 4.0

Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis inovasi pembelajaran berdasarkan Kurikulum Merdeka dalam meningkatkan kompetensi siswa di era Pendidikan 4.0. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan riset perpustakaan melalui tinjauan sistematis artikel berindeks Scopus yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2021 dan 2026. Literatur relevan diidentifikasi menggunakan kata kunci yang terkait dengan Kurikulum Merdeka, inovasi pembelajaran, pembelajaran aktif, Pendidikan 4.0, pembelajaran digital, dan kompetensi abad ke-21. Studi yang dipilih dianalisis secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola utama, hubungan, dan kesenjangan penelitian. Temuan tersebut mengungkapkan bahwa pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, instruksi terdiferensiasi, integrasi teknologi digital, penilaian autentik, dan kompetensi digital guru adalah komponen utama yang mendukung pengembangan kompetensi. Pembelajaran berbasis proyek muncul sebagai strategi paling konsisten untuk memperkuat berpikir kritis, kreativitas, komunikasi, kolaborasi, pemecahan masalah, literasi digital, dan pembelajaran mandiri. Namun, efektivitas inovasi ini bergantung pada kemampuan pedagogis dan digital guru, kepemimpinan sekolah, infrastruktur teknologi, budaya kolaboratif, serta keselarasan antara tujuan pembelajaran dan praktik penilaian. Teknologi berkontribusi positif ketika memperkuat interaksi, eksplorasi, umpan balik, dan kolaborasi, bukan sekadar menggantikan media pembelajaran konvensional. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka dapat berfungsi sebagai kerangka pedagogis yang efektif untuk Pendidikan 4.0 ketika diterapkan melalui inovasi pembelajaran yang sistematis, kontekstual, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan. Temuan ini mengisyaratkan bahwa sekolah dan pembuat kebijakan harus memprioritaskan pelatihan guru berbasis praktik, komunitas pembelajaran profesional, infrastruktur digital yang adil, dan penilaian kompetensi yang otentik. Studi ini memberikan perspektif integratif yang menghubungkan fleksibilitas kurikulum, pedagogi aktif, pembelajaran digital, dan pengembangan kompetensi siswa dalam konteks pendidikan Indonesia di berbagai tingkat sekolah dan lingkungan belajar di seluruh negeri.
