Integrasi Nilai Toleransi, Gotong Royong, dan Anti-Korupsi dalam Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan untuk Memperkuat Ketahanan Industri pada Era Society 5.0

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh terbatasnya kajian yang mengaitkan pendidikan karakter dalam Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) dengan ketahanan industri pada era Society 5.0. Selama ini, PKn lebih menitikberatkan pada aspek normatif dan pembentukan karakter dalam konteks sosial-politik, sementara relevansinya dengan kebutuhan industri modern yang menuntut sumber daya manusia berintegritas, kolaboratif, dan adaptif masih belum banyak dikaji secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkonstruksi dan menganalisis integrasi nilai toleransi, gotong royong, dan anti-korupsi dalam PKn sebagai fondasi penguatan ketahanan industri. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan melalui penelusuran berbagai sumber ilmiah, kebijakan, dan dokumen relevan yang dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai toleransi berperan dalam membangun lingkungan kerja inklusif dan kolaboratif, gotong royong memperkuat budaya kerja kolektif dan adaptif, serta nilai anti-korupsi menjadi dasar tata kelola yang transparan dan berintegritas. Integrasi ketiga nilai tersebut dalam pembelajaran PKn secara sistematis dan kontekstual terbukti mampu mendukung pembentukan karakter sumber daya manusia yang responsif terhadap dinamika industri modern. Dengan demikian, PKn memiliki peran strategis dalam menjembatani pendidikan karakter dengan kebutuhan dunia industri berbasis teknologi.
